Prices and discounts
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night.
The prices include: Dolomitimobilcard, Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, TV , electricity and heating, fresh bread delivery Service, Pick-up Service from the nearest train station on arrival and departure and the final cleaning*
*In the holiday apartment “Birne” we charge 50 € for the final cleaning if you bring your pet(s).
Baby equipment: baby cot and high chair available free of charge upon request.
Not included is the local tax, which was introduced on 1 January 2014 – € 1,55 per day and person above the age over 14 years. The local tax is due for infrastructures and services maintenance, as well as for the organization of local cultural and sport events.
As a compensation for the local tax – introduced in South Tyrol in January 2014 – the Tourist Association Funes offers you the Dolomitimobilcard including the full programme free of charge (only available at your landlord).
Pets are allowed in the apartment “Birne”. For your four-legged family members we charge 40 € for the final cleaning. Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Addtional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit depending on the durantion and amount has been paid.
Payment: Please pay cash on site.
Since December 6th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 2000 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Arrival and departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 15 oclock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 15 oclock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 09.30 clock. Other times are possible upon request.
Please understand that in case of late cancellations (6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 50 % of the total price.
We are looking forward to your visit.
However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. Further information about costs and details of the “cancellation insurance” are available here.
